Patients with Insurance
We will verify your insurance coverage before an appointment is scheduled.
Your insurance carrier may only cover a portion of the program, i.e. laboratory testing and provider consultation, but may not cover medication. This will be discussed with you prior to scheduling your appointment for a decision to be made as to whether you would like to proceed with an appointment.
Cash Patients
Patients paying with cash will be scheduled upon calling.
Payment for the initial visit and follow-up visits will be made at the time of check-in for those visits. Depending on your medical history, laboratory results and/or adverse reactions, your provider may suggest additional testing/screenings that are not quoted in the initial (TSH/FT4, CMP, CBC, and Hg A1C) or follow-up visit cost. Any additional testing/screenings will be paid after the visit with your provider.
Cash Patient Cost/Visits
Total cost includes laboratory testing (TSH/FT4, CMP, CBC, and Hg A1C) and initial consultation.
Medication cost is not included in the cost of the Initial Visit or any Follow-up Visits. The cost of medication is paid directly to the pharmacy. Acorn Pharmacy (on-site) has affordable and competitively priced compounded pre-filled syringes of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. You may also have your prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
